Free and Reduced Information
HOUSEHOLD MEAL APPLICATIONS
Thank you for submitting your Household Meal Application each year! These applications are critical because they help the Neillsville School District receive funding for many school programs. If you believe that your student(s) may qualify for free or reduced-price meals, please complete the short application on the last page. A new application is required every year unless you received a letter from the Food and Nutrition Department stating that you do not need to complete an application this school year.

If you fill out an online application, there is no need to fill out a paper application.
To apply for free or reduced price meals, fill out the Free & Reduced Price School Meals Application available at all offices. We cannot approve an application that is not complete, so be sure to fill out ALL required information. Return the completed application to the school or mail to the board office at 614 East 5th Street, Neillsville, WI 54456.
