Hello! My name is Wendell Attoe and I am the Vocal Music Instructor for grades 6-12 here at the Neillsville School District. I grew up in Wautoma, Wisconsin where I was involved in everything possible having to do with music. This was both at school and church. I then attended the University of Wisconsin River Falls where I received a Bachelor's degree in Music Education. I am certified in K-12 general and choral music education. I graduated from River Falls in Dec. of 1986. I substitute taught around River Falls for the remainder of that year. I was then hired as the 6-12th grade Vocal Music Instructor at Neillsville in the summer of 1987. I have been enjoying my teaching career since. My duties at Neillsville include working with many different areas of vocal music. We have two H.S. choirs, a seventh and eighth grade choir, a sixth grade choir, full scale musical productions, show choir, solo & ensemble and we show case our Class A choir in Florida every other year at different venues. I appreciate being able to work with such talented students. Beyond school I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my wonderful wife and three children. My hobbies other than music include: farming, horses, beef cattle, hunting, snowmobiling and 4 wheeling.
